New England Fiber in it’s purest form

So, for my last New England Fiber post, I thought I’d share a few pictures I took when we first arrived. Right after entering the show, we saw the animals. I didn’t bring my camera with me, so these were taken with my handy dandy phone.

First up were the Angora Goats:

The alpacas were well represented: I wish I could have captured how personable these two were:

While I love Merino, I am always drawn to the Shetland:

There were many more animals there, but I have to admit that I did get distracted by the “shiny” that was there.

For now I need to get back to work on my cowl and Dale sweater. The weather is definitely turning cooler.
